The contract is between the Hirer and Mr and Mrs Clague.

Under no circumstances may the property be sublet and the property is offered only on the understanding that no more than the maximum number of people as indicated in the brochure shall use it. 

Bookings are deemed provisional until the Booking Form has been returned along with the required deposit or if the booking is made less than six weeks before the start date of the holiday the total rent due.

The balance of the monies due are to be paid six weeks prior to the arrival date.  You are responsible for payment of the balance of the rental no further reminders will be given.

The hiring Contract is made on the understanding that the property and its facilities as published will be available for the dates stated.  In the unlikely event that the property is not available through events arising out of the control of Mr and Mrs Clague, then the booking may have to be cancelled.  The hirer will be advised of any such circumstances as early as possible and will be refunded all monies in full.  The hirer will have no further claims against Mr and Mrs Clague

No liability is accepted for any loss, damage, sickness or injury howsoever caused which may be sustained during the holiday to the hirer or any member of the party, or invited person or any car and its content or any possession of the hirer or any member of the party.  Any liability on the part of Mr and Mrs Clague arising in any way out of the booking shall be limited to the actual amount paid by the hirer and shall in no case include any consequential loss or damage.  We advise that no items of value are left unattended in the accommodation.  Please ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance.

In the event of you cancelling the holiday 6 weeks or more before the arrival date the booking fee is forfeited.  If you cancel within 6 weeks of your arrival date you will be liable to pay the full balance due unless we can re-let the property.  FOR THIS REASON WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO TAKE OUT HOLIDAY INSURANCE.

The main condition of acceptance of any booking is that good care is taken of the property and contents and it is left clean and tidy as you will find it.    You should be aware all damages and breakages are the hirers responsibility and their cost shall be refundable on demand.  We aim to provide high quality, clean accommodation and we would ask your co-operation to keep it this way.

Mr and Mrs Clague reserve the right to gain access to the property and garden at any time and to terminate your accommodation if it should cause excess nuisance to surrounding properties.

Holidays are from 2.00pm on arrival day until 10.00am on departure day. We ask guests to leave the property as clean and tidy as possible.

In the event of complaint or accidental damage please notify Mr and Mrs Clague immediately.

Completion of  the booking form implies acceptance of the above conditions.

Prices are fully inclusive of electricity and oil.  All linen for beds is provided as are towels and tea towels. Sheets are changed weekly and will be collected and laundered.  Household cleaning materials will be provided with the exception of laundry products. A vacuum cleaner and ironing facilities are provided.
