The Old Stables is available Saturday to Saturday only in high season. You can book in from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and should vacate by 10.00am on the day of your departure.  We will however, when possible try to accommodate luggage for early arrivals at Seaview. 

Shorter breaks may be possible during low season. (Minimum 3 Nights) . ONLY bookable 4 weeks prior to reservation date - full payment required.

Once we have confirmed availability and you have placed a provisional booking by telephone or email we then require a completed booking form and £100.00 deposit.  A copy of our booking form can be downloaded from our website or alternatively we can post this to you.

To complete the booking we must receive your booking form within 7 days. If we have not received it your provisional reservation will automatically lapse and no notification will be given.

If your booking is to commence within 6 weeks, the full amount is payable. Your balance becomes due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  We do not send out reminders.

We strongly recommend that you cover your booking with cancellation insurance as both deposits and balances are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by you.  Once you have made a booking the balance becomes payable on the date due even if you cancel.
